Forceful winds cleared the local environment from air pollution and ambient moisture that morning which would have normally created poor visibility throughout the Mid-Wilshire and Los Angeles Basin areas.

This image was recorded from the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook State Park area after a very intensive rain storm. Snow accumulated in the mountains in the distant background which included Mt. Baldy.

As a compilation of seven separate exposures this panorama was linked together after being stitched and assembled with Adobe photoshop, merging them as one continuous bird's-eye viewed image.
