After many years in storage due to fatal accidents, downtown LA's “Angel’s Flight" returns to operating again.

Back in the 1950s when our family rode the “Red Car” from Hollywood to Olive Street in downtown, we then transfered to ride the “Angel’s Flight” down to Olive Street below for shopping at the Grand Central Market at 3rd and Hill Sts. The fare back then was 5 cents a ride (LOL) and the “Red Car" was a reasonable 25 cents either way. “Gone But Not Forgotten", those were certainly..................*”The Most Amusing Good Old Days!"6
