Working in the film industry for 5 years as a lighting director and technician allotted me the funds to support my love for Hot Rods and motorcycles. I took advantage of the off seasons and occasionally worked as a non-union extra and actor on such films as; "Hello Dolly" "Moonlighting" " "Rocky" and a variety of TV productions. It allowed more time and offered an advantage of drawing over working behind the camera. "We CAN hear Ya" was a quick rendering and illustration about a "cattle rustling" assistant director who aggressively addressed our crowd by using a bullhorn, as we were commonly referred to as cattle back then. The proceeding collection of sketches were created in preparation for some oil paintings. Please click on Prev or Next below to follow the imagery trail.
