This quick sketch was sold to a passer-by as I was attending to my outdoor -Boardwalk exhibition. The buyer looked over my shoulder and stated, "May I purchase that sketch from you? I was going to just give it to him, but a voice echoed in my soul (which came from an art professor) that stated, Selling your art validates you as an artist Immediately I removed it from my sketching pad and said, "sure five bucks please" He waited patently while I photographed and autographed it. That was the nicest lunch anyone that day had bought me!
